S3 Object Storage: terms and conditions of plan transition

On [DATE], your Free Beta plan will expire. To continue using S3 Object Storage without interruption, automatic transition to the paid Standard Storage plan is required.

General notes

1.1 If you wish to continue using S3 Object Storage and be transitioned to the paid Standard Storage plan, please confirm your acceptance of the transition through your HOSTKEY user account, by email, or by contacting the Support Team.

1.2 If you do not want to continue using S3 Object Storage and be transitioned to the paid Standard Storage plan, please ignore this.

1.3 If no confirmation is received before the transition date, it will be deemed that you have declined the transition to the paid Standard Storage plan.

If You Accept Transition

2.1 On the effective date, your Free Beta plan will be automatically transitioned to the paid Standard Storage plan. No further action will be required on your part.

2.2 Following the plan transition, your S3 Object Storage credentials will remain unchanged.

If You Reject Transition

3.1 On the effective date, your Free Beta plan will be terminated. No additional charges will apply, and no further action will be required on your part.

3.2 On the effective date, all data stored in your S3 Object Storage under the Free Beta plan will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Please ensure that you back up or download any data you wish to keep before the effective date.

What Happens to Existing Data

4.1 If you accept the transition to the paid Standard Storage plan, all data stored in your S3 Object Storage will remain unchanged and fully accessible. No further action will be required on your part.

4.2 If you decline the transition to the paid Standard Storage plan, all data stored in your S3 Object Storage will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Please ensure that you back up or download any data you wish to keep before the effective date.

Transition Date

5.1 The effective date of the transition to the paid Standard Storage plan is [DATE].

5.2 If you accept the transition, billing under the Standard Storage plan will begin on [DATE], in accordance with the applicable Standard Storage pricing.

Pricing and Billing

6.1 If you accept the transition to the paid Standard Storage plan, you will be charged in accordance with the Standard Storage plan pricing.
